Intencity Max Club - Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions governing your membership of IntencityMAX Club operated by Village Roadshow Leisure Pty Ltd ABN 63 061 400 824 ("Intencity") are:

1. You may be asked to provide personal information to Intencity before registering or entering any competition or offer promoted by Intencity MAX Club. Employees of Intencity and its related bodies corporate, including immediate families, may become members of but cannot enter competitions promoted by Intencity.
2. To join, members must (a) complete IntencityMAX Club application form with correct and valid information; and (b) agree to receive IntencityMAX Club emails regarding Intencity promotions and gaming information. Membership is valid from receipt of IntencityMAX Club member card.
3. Intencity may in its sole discretion suspend or terminate IntencityMAX Club or any membership.
4. Intencity nor their respective officers, agents, employees and related bodies corporate makes any representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. Intencity will not be liable for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, of Intencity in connection with the IntencityMAX Club unless such liability may not be lawfully excluded, in which case liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Intencity is not responsible for any injury or damage from any technical malfunction of Internet systems, servers, or software resulting from membership of IntencityMAX Club.
5. Personal information Intencity collects from members is maintained in accordance with Intencity's Privacy Policy accessible at 'www.intencity.com.au'. Personal information collected may be used for marketing/ promotional purposes. Personal information will only be disclosed to Intencity and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
